Vjosa Osmani says Prime Minister Hoti is not even giving him five minutes for a meeting

Osmani has declared that Prime Minister Hoti is not giving him even five minutes to meet him.

Prime Minister Hoti has consistently ignored political polarisation within the Democratic League of Kosovo.
