Suspected buried near Ibri, the brothers of the woman who accuse her husband of murder

Her brothers initially suspected that their sister had not disappeared but had been killed by her husband.

Although they've been looking for Mirjeta Zeka-Shabani since then, so far there's been no trace of her.

During this month alone, Mirjeta's brothers have received information that her body may have been buried near the Iber River, where research has already begun.

Her brother Mehmed Zeka has provided more details about this case.

We made the request to the police a week and a half ago and immediately started the case. They came and checked. Yesterday they were KSF with the Kosovo Police and digging, but they still haven't found any evidence. We have a location here, but another location knows, but it won't be public because of the investigation. We're waiting for the research to continue in the rest of the”.

He is convinced that his sister is not alive and that she has all her doubts about her husband.

There's no doubt of extinction anymore, because it's been a year and seven months since there's no news of it. The suspicion is in him [her husband], because she has never been warned or fled to Germany. This is where the prosecution is not working that much, since December of last year the prosecution has worked nothing. Had she been alive somewhere, she would have called. I don't think he's alive anymore.

And the other brother of victim Rexhep Zeka has claimed that the prosecution has closed the door.

We tried again. We had the same conversations from the prosecutor who's telling us welcome. We're up against the wall. We don't know what to do. We'll continue the search until finding her. We're not gonna stop”.

He has strong doubts that their son - in - law may have killed their sister.

Zeka has explained how it is possible that they only realized after about three months that their sister has disappeared.

The sister had no phone at all because she wouldn't let the phone. It wasn't the first time he called in two months. He's often lied that we've been in Dubai or China, he's always reasoned some”.

We have called and written about every second day, but it has never returned. Sometimes he read the messages, but he didn't answer until he called me and told me he ran away from home and we found out. We didn't believe it could come to this case. The main suspicions are that she is not alive”.

The prosecutor has returned the suspects to the documents. Not a day has been arrested. He went to Germany.
