Sakdals Government Hoti, three ministers employ themselves aboard the FSF, salaries up to 850 euros

Health Minister Armenmen Zemaj, Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami and Minister of Labour and Social Goods, Skender Recica, have lifted him from another salary from the state budget. They are employed at the Health Insurance Fund Steering Board, which is under the Ministry of Health, at which head it is Andmen Zemaj himself.

The ministers in question receive compensation for their work, up to 850 euros a month.

Minister Zemaj has himself been appointed chairman of this board, while Hykmete Bajrami and Skender Recica have been appointed members of the Board, writes Infocus newspaper.

This has been confirmed at the Health Insurance Fund.

There are seven (7) members. Institutions responsible, according to the No. NR. 04/L -249 send out a member whose names are published on the website of the Health Insurance Fund. The payment for compensation for the work of the Fund's Steering Board is determined with government decision No. 05/66 date: 18.09.2018”, the Health Insurance Fund's official response reported.

And according to the Kosovo government's number 0566 decision, which went into effect from 2018, as board chairman, compensation for the job is 850 euros, while as a member of the FSHS board, compensation is 750 euros.

The Health Insurance Fund consists of seven members.

Other board members are Rzazart Halili, Murat Berisha, Bujar Gashi, Muhamedal Kodra.

The Insurance Fund is the public health insurance institution with the status of the legal person with rights, obligations, responsibilities and authorisations for implementing this law on behalf of those provided, including effective collection of financial means for providing health care services from health care services in all forms of ownership.
