The letter provided by Medusa says that any comment concerning the state of pandemic should be coordinated with the Health Ministry's Press Office.
“The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation informs the institution's institutions and foreign specialists that any comment and public information on the topic of COVIID-19 must be co-ordinated literally, by email or by telephone”, said in letter.
