About 20 years ago, four people had kidnapped the daughter of a businessman from Prizren.
To get the 19-year-old home home, the kidnappers had demanded 400,000 marks from her family.
The victim had been released in exchange for the money the family had provided for the kidnappers.
The police had failed to arrest any of the four suspects who had escaped after the robbery.
After about 20 years, at the crossing point in Merdare, by order of the Constitutional Court in Prizren, one of the suspects has been arrested.

But the police have failed to arrest three other suspects on the run since the kidnapping.
