Hoxhaj says red lines have always placed them taking over the other ruling parties.

MP The PDK stresses that dialogue with Serbia has deviated with technical themes in Brussels. He adds that Prime Minister Hoti does not have full political awareness of what he will accomplish with dialogue.

Hoxhaj addresses criticism of the government even for failing to implement Washington's agreement.
The Washington Agreement is an agreement that has elements the size of Kosovo-Serbia bilateral, as regional elements, as if mini-sengen.
