The mother of two murdered boys shoots his lawyer's glasses at the defendant's double homicide in Pec.

Such a move, damaged at Wednesday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pec, where the defendant Binak Panja is accused of killing Edsim and Ramiz Berisha.

Panja is accused of committing the criminal offence to the Ramiz Berisha brothers and Arsim Berisha, on July 21st last year, in the town of Kosuric village of Peja.

The damaged Berisha stressed that the blood of her murdered sons had been drunk, while the chairman of the court, Sami Shardaku, made the same decision to be excluded from the trial due to serious behaviour and breach of order in court.

By contrast, carpography expert Musa Hulaj was invited to this session, which stated that in the police report to analyze phone calls, precise definition of the defendant's position through phone calls has had to be made, reports the “Justice bet”.

The expert stressed that the position of the people who made the call could be determined later, if the operator “Vala” saved the call notes.

The expert added that the geographical position was defined as the region, but according to him it was not determined exactly where the person who made the calls was.

In this regard, state prosecutor Agron Galani said it was calculated where the defendant was at the time of the call and according to him the specific location as the expert said was unrealistic because, according to the prosecutor, the person had been on the move.

The defendant's defender, Binak Panja, lawyer Osman Cukovic, declined to become a complement of expertise with the reason that it will become a prolonging of the issue and that its eventual outcome would be unrealistic to the issue.

Otherwise, the chairman of the court, Sami Shardaku, decided to become a complement of the mapping expertise through the Kosovo Vala legal office, if the defendant's whereabouts could eventually be determined.

The next session was scheduled for November 18th and 30th 2020, starting at 10:00.

Otherwise, at the initial session of August 17th 2018, Binak Panja was declared innocent in connection with the charge charged.

According to the indictment, filed on 13 August 2017, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, Binak Panja is charged that on July 21st 2017, around 21:30, in the village forest of Kosuriq, the now deceased, the Ramiz Berisha brothers and Arsim Berisha.

The indictment describes that until the critical moment as a result of disagreements over cutting the forest - the property of the defendant's family.

As reported in the indictment, at 9: 00 a.m., now the late Ramiz brothers and Arsim Berisha, along with witness Jethlir Gashi, had set sail with two horse chariots to cut wood in the defendant's forest.

“leaves the carts with horses on the side of the road, and witness Jethlir along with Ramiz entered the forest and after not noticing anything, Ramisi tells Jetlir go get the horse with the cart along with Edim and start cutting”, said in the indictment.

According to the indictment, after the witness Gashi was on his way to call the deceased now, he heard him talking to someone.

At that moment, according to the indictment, defendant Binak Panja with automatic weapons fired three bullets, and Arsim Berisha heads towards his brother Ramiz Berisha, and again the accused exclusively fires in their direction, robbing the deceased now of life and then dragging their troops out of the forest, drawing approximately 61m from the site of the event.
