All this is happening only to enable Serbia to form the Association of Serbian municipalities, or as it is known differently from citizens such as “Zajdennica”.
Lajcak is bowing down the Kosovo Constitution, saying it is not “bable”, but must change the provisions and laws to suit the formation of the Serbian Communist Association.
“in Pristina I had 25 meetings and none of the co-ordinators said they would not meet their obligations, it was clear that what we promised must be fulfilled, including association. It is logical that the Constitution should be changed and no one said that it should not be changed. The constitution is not bibel”, Lajcak said in Serbia.
Emisari Lajcak, who is otherwise known as Kosovo's independence, has now openly presented his intentions regarding the final Kosovo-Serbia agreement.
