Where Kosovo stands with salaries compared to Germany, Croatia's Switzerland

Finding a job and ensuring a better life are among the main reasons why Kosovars push to take the road abroad. The work they do in foreign countries is said to be well paid. What, though, are the wages in countries that usually visit Kosovars to work? [...]
About 35 thousand Kosovars have abandoned the country during the past year alone. Based on the report “Population assessment 2019”, published by the Kosovo Statistics Agency, one of the main reasons that has led them to leave the country, is finding a job that would ensure better revenues.
The number of Kosovo immigrants during 2019 is estimated to be a total of 34,911 residents, including legal and illegal immigrants. The overwhelming section of immigrants for 2019 were legal immigrants. The legal migration was due to the family union, marriages, employment, permanent deportation (mostly in neighbouring states), long-term employment studies etc. ”, the ASCA report said.
But what are average salaries in countries where the country's citizens usually go to work, what are they in Kosovo, and what are the jobs that bring more revenue?
Kosovo
A report concerning salary levels has listed those dealing with electricity supplies, gas, steam and air conditioning as the most paid in Kosovo.
According to this report, the average gross salary for those involved is 923 euros.
High salaries also have those dealing with information and communication, which have gross wages of nearly 800 euros.
Evil with wages do not stand those who work with hyzards and stones. The average gross salary for this economic activity is over 650 euros.
Based on this report, the lowest salaries have those dealing with accommodation and food services, which have an average salary of 256 euros.
The average gross wage in 2019 according to the highest economic activity was to: supply electricity, gas, steam and air conditioned 923 euros followed by information and communication at 797 euros, then xetheari and stonebreakers with 657 euros, while the lowest salary was at Akomodim and food service activities of 256 euro”, the report said.
Germany
About a month ago, the German government has published data concerning the number of foreign citizens living in Germany and how much they are paid for their jobs.
Based on this data, the average salary in Germany is 3,000 and 509 euros a month, but the Balkans are paid about 900 euros less than the Germans.
Exactly, a Kosovo has average monthly salary of 2 thousand and 522, while citizens from Albania have 2428 euros per month.
Employers also make differentials of experts and experts. So for example, while a German expert's average salary was 5 thousand and 609 euros at the end of 2019, a Balkan expert costs his employer nearly 1,000 euros less a month.
The best-paid experts are those from Serbia (5 073 euros per month), followed by experts from Albania with 4815 euros per month.
Experts from Kosovo (3383) have the lowest monthly salaries, thus creating an average gap of over 1600 Euros compared with German experts.
The situation is similar for experts: 4400 is a German average salary, and approximately 3476 euros earn a specialist from the Western Balkans.
The difference is smaller at the assistant level.
But even here there is discrimination between a local and a citizen from the Balkans, of an average of 100 euros a month. Kosovo aides have an average salary of 2352 euros.
Switzerland
For Kosovars' salaries in Switzerland, there is no data, but workers in this country are among the worst in the world.
A report by the Federal Statistics Office (BFS) on Swiss wages sheds light on some interesting facts: The report also shows how much foreign workers earn compared to their Swiss colleagues.
According to the BFS Survey for the 2018 Fiction Structure, the last year for which official statistics are found, the average monthly salary in Switzerland is 6,538 francs.
Salaries have not changed much since then.
The study shows that 10 percent of underpaid employees have earned fewer than 4,302 francs a month, while 10 percent more paid have earned nearly 11,700 francs.
BFS figures also show dyvergence in salaries between the Swiss and foreigners with different work permits.
While a Swiss man earns 7,500 francs a month, a Swiss woman pays a little over 6,000 for the same job.
A man with short-term permission L wins about 5,000 francs, while a woman who holds the same permit will do little more than 4,000.
The fee is slightly higher for B permit holders: 5,700 francs for men and 5,000 for women.
Men, cross-border workers with G permission earn approximately the same salary with C license holders about 6,200 a month.
But women in those groups do not have the same salaries: around 5,800 for cross-border workers and 5,000 for permanent residents.
This may be because the previous category has the necessary skills especially for the Swiss labour market.
But what are the average Swiss salaries for different professions?
Salaries vary from canton to canton. People generally earn more in Geneva and Cyril than in Ticino, but the cost of living in these regions is higher or lower, respectively.
Typically, professionals such as doctors, lawyers, or engineers as well as people working in information technology, pharmaceutical industry, and banking and insurance sectors have higher salaries.
On the other hand, unqualified workers are the least paid, often referred to as poor workers.
Lohncomputer, a platform for European citizens who want or already work in Switzerland, lists the average monthly salary assessments drawn from various salary polls.
Here are just a few examples:
Lawyer: 9,300 francs
Countabilis: 8,125 francs
Teacher: 7,292 francs
Bank employee: 6,750
architect: 6,250 francs
Nurse: 5,667 francs
Birds: 5,150 francs
Paruker: 4,375 franca
