Kosovo needs electoral reform
There's been years since, of course, something has worked out in the direction of electoral reform, but unfortunately it happens. I personally believe that electoral reform could improve representation in parliament, freeze the MP's account to voters, and eliminate political drives, which we all now know.
Completely meaningless to talk about elections without making electoral reform.
