Veton Surroi “proposes itself” as Kosovo President of LDK-VVV

Kosovo citizens expelled Veton Surroi from the Kosovo political scene in November 2007 when his party, ORA, did not give him enough votes to pass the 5 per cent election threshold. A painful and traumatic expulsion for the multi-million publicist since then has increased the desire for power. [...]
Multi-millionr has even used his media group to promote himself, once the desire for president and when it seemed too great to achieve, even for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All of this, even after the removal of the ORA party, which was not voted on by Kosovo citizens and was driven away by Kosovo parliamentary life.
But Mr. Surroi has already dared to mix within the potential coalition between the LDK and the VV, which explains what to do about the president's position.
We remember that this position is not separating the two parties from the currently elusive coalition, as even according to public statements on both sides of officials, the obstacle has become the position of Speaker of the Parliament.
Yet, Surroi deals with the position of president by explaining to the parties what they should do on the matter:
“LVV and LDK can return to coalition negotiations from another angle, to elect the president/e.” writes Surroi, forgetting that Kosovo citizens are familiar with his non-legigration ambition for president.
He says the president does not belong to any political party, and “therefore the election of president/s must be part of at least two consensus-building rings: one within the ruling coalition and one with the opposition.
The following is his full status:
This issue was one of the major and constant obstacles to reaching the agreement, but it does not need to be. In order to solve, I will consider these points:
• The LV coalition The V-LDK must have formalised the solution to the president's/s issue, so that this issue does not stand as an obstacle to the functioning of the Coalition when it does time to select President/e
• Under the Constitution and the Constitutional Court's ruling, the president/of the “does not belong to”, not a political party, so the election of President/es should be part of at least two Concensus construction rings: one within the ruling coalition and one with the opposition.
• Part of the Coalition Agreement between LV The V-LDK should not be either the candidate/a candidate's name or his/her party affiliation, but the procedure with which the coalition's signatory parties will propose the candidate/one that may also have the consent of parties that are not part of the ruling coalition.
If the LVV and LDK reach a reconciliation for the Concensus construction procedure for president/en, the world will strengthen the idea of power balloons through co-operation and mutual confidence.
Once this issue is settled, the remaining issues, few and all settled, can be restored.
