“We condemn the arrest of Kosovo citizens Nezir Mehmetaj by Serbian police and call for his immediate release. Our liaison office in Belgrade is active and will take all necessary measures to ensure the release of Nezir”, Pacolli wrote.
Furthermore, the top diplomat has said Serbia cannot further prevent the free movement of people and immediately stop with political persecution.
“This is contrary to the Brussels and Brussels agreement, on the other hand, should take urgent measures to prevent Belgrade's actions against Kosovo citizens and ensure the free movement of citizens”, he has declared.
