Tottenham Hotspur has completed the signing of Steven Bergwin by SPV Eindhoven for a reported figure of 25 million pounds, or about 30m euros plus bonus.
Bergwine arrived in northern London early in the week to undergo medical tests.
The 22-year-old has passed those tests successfully and has now come officialisation from Tottenham.
Tottenham reportedly paid 30m euros plus bonus for the player, while contracting until the summer of 2025.
