This tool will help commanders on earth identify potential threats to countries of this alliance, with a single fear that can see a territory the size of Poland.
United States President Donald Trump asked member states to commit more to NATO and this can only be the beginning. These are the first drones of the alliance to operate without a crew inside.
The Sicil-based Global Hawks can travel around half the world with only one fuel supply and can stay in the air for about 30 hours by monitoring. It could go 10,000 miles and fly at an altitude of about 18km.
Drone uses his radar and sensor to photograph the territory through which he passes and supervises. Photo captured by the drone is sent to the field station team to analyze.
Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General NATO, during an interview for the BBC, said “Intelligence, surveillance and discovery is understanding what is happening near our borders. We have seen Russian Army strengthening in recent years. We've been willing to how Russia used this army against the Crimea and how it illegally annexed it. ”
If we had these fears in 2014, then we'd better understand what was going on in Crime. ”
