The Islamic Community of Kosovo in early 2020 has announced elections at local levels.
In all Kosovo cities, BIK leadership has already announced the elections, which will be held this month. Lobbim and campaigning have begun, and problems have begun at mosques to select delegates.
This has also disagreeed in the town of Peja, where there are suspected implications from outside Kosovo's borders, or more specifically from Serbia and the Karic brothers, these former close associates of Slobodan Milosevic.
Elections in BIK will be held in the Pec municipality on 29 January this year. Last Friday, however, elections were held in the mosques of this municipality. However, what has been noted is the attorney's choice, Adem Gorani, as the delegate of the mosque “Tahtal”.
The lawyer, Adem Gorani, who was elected delegate to this mosque, had been part of the Association “Benevolent Tree” in Pec, which was closed on terrorism-related issues.
From the BIK elections, it is understood that after a person is introduced as a delegate to a mosque, he is likely to join the BIK Governing Council in a city, so lawyer Gorani has first been selected delegate from the mosque “Tahtali”.
On this matter.net has contacted BIK Chairman in Pec Musley Arifja, who had just realized the event he was invited to have closed the phone and was no longer reported in media calls.
While Peja's chief head, Enes Goga, has told the news.net that he does not get involved in the BIK elections and that this is a matter of headship.
I'm not competent to talk about this. BIK has chosen an election commission, and its chairman is Musli Arifaj, so head the commission. I do not participate in the election process, nor do I have the right to vote, nor to vote, all local leaderships in Kosovo do not participate in the election process, the plain imams --” -- have said.
However, the lawyer, Adam Gorani, has denied it. He has confirmed the news.net that delegates have been selected at the “Tahtal” mosque, but that he has denied he will run for members of the Kosovo Islamic Community Council in Pec.
“Yes, I'm choosing delegates to “Tahtal” No, he won't run for BIK. I'm just delegates to mosque”, Goran said.
We remember, that Adam Gorani, earlier on two sides of the election, had joined the BIK leader group in Pec but had left BIK Chiefship in Pristina, which had not verified his mandate.
In photos that circulate on social networks and on YouTube, from Serbia's television, lawyer Adem Gorani was seen as participating in the Mass in the Peja Patriarchial held at the burial of the mother of the Karic brothers, former associates of Slobodan Milosevic.
Reactions to electing Adem Gorani delegates to the “Tahtal” were also on social networks. It says Goran is “tinating again to be elected BIK member in Pec by some imam”.

From the social network and YouTube videos, it is evident that the attorney's immediate connections, Gorani with Peja's chief head, Enes Goga and BIK Chairman in Pec, Musli Arifaj, are early. As it turns out that Adam Gorani in almost all organizations of iftars and other organisations are located beside Peja's head, Enes Goga and BIK Chairman in Pec Musli Arifaj.

This picture includes Peja's Chiefem, Enes Goga, and a nearby photo of attorney Adem Gorani.
They are also seen together in an Iftar organised by the “association. Al-Waff Al Islam”, which the association was closed to terrorism.
A person of Iraqi citizenship, Hyseyn Serrade, who has been expelled from Kosovo, had also participated in the Iftar.
Iftar's video, shown together, BIK's head at Pec, Mussley Arifaj, Kryimiami, Enes Goga, lawyer, Adam Gorani, Hyseyin Serrade.

By contrast, originally Peja, Bogoljub Kariq started his business career in Kosovo by opening a farm-making department.
Caric got into politics based on his close personal relationship with Milosevic. Several years after his transfer to Belgrade, he became the neighbour of the former Serbian president. In the two years following the end of the war in Bosnia, Karic was the most frequent friend in Milosevic's house.

Karic was minister in Milosevic's government and presidential candidate in the 2004 elections, has been one of Serbia's most influential political figures. But, in 2006, after Aleksandar Vuciq came to the helm of the Serbian government, he fled abroad as a political fugitive.
He was charged with billion manipulations in Serbia. /Lajmi.net/
