He in an interview in Info Magazine of Kosovo has spoken about the message this agreement conveys.
The United States with this agreement has shown that they will not expect much, have little patience and that dialogue will be devoted between Kosovo and Serbia, towards reaching the big accord”.
This agreement is also a message to LDK and Vetevendosje that are trying to reach coalition agreements on forming government, that it should be rushed, and that the US agenda in this process does not expect”.
Rashit said the following would be a number of such agreements, in a bid to create the moment for reaching the final agreement, while stressing that the US is against the way of dialogue that has been conducted so far by the EU and that they require a very clear framework of dialogue.
He also commented on details concerning the agreement to open the Kosovo-Serbia airline.
The Agreement was very closed in negotiation. The only concern I have is that you do not foresee and define well the recognition of airspace between Kosovo and Serbia, even though the recognition of airspace and co-operation between civil aviation authorities” is implied.
We shouldn't see the deal with much enthusiasm because we still have to see how it works in practice. From the past we see that putting such a complex agreement into practice has difficulty. Economic impact should also be seen whether there will really be such trips at such a small distance. These remain to be seen”
