When the presidents decide to apologize they should think of the victims. The forgiveness of those who committed murder would have to be done only under extraordinary circumstances, and for human reasons, if the same are suffering from incurable diseases or are already advanced in age. On the contrary, there is no reason for the forgiveness of anyone who has deprived of life.
