The deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement and nominated for deputy prime minister, Hakki Abazi, has dismissed the Democratic League's hopes that this party can assume the post of Speaker of the Parliament, as reported.
Ahaz has said they cannot return before December 26th, when Glauk Konjufca was elected head of the Parliament.
Aazi, says that the reason Konjufca has been elected as the top speaker, is the fact that the VV has not wanted to create institutional vacuum, and according to him, should understand the Democratic League of Kosovo.
We can't go back in any way before December 26, because we're now in January 2020. The reason Glauk Konjufca, chairman of the Parliament, was that the Vetevendosje Movement, did not want the institutional vacuum and the Democratic League, as an institutional party, should understand this”, Abazi told Blic newspaper.
He has also talked about the evental meeting, which could happen today between VV Chairman Albin Kurti and LDK President Isa Mustafa, saying there is no information about this. I have no information that they will not meet, nor has Hakki Abazi added at the time of”. But, despite the fact that ten meetings have already taken place between Kurti and Mustaf, without any results, Abazi says he is optimistic there may be coalition agreements with the Democratic League.
I am optimistic that there will be a coalition. And I hope it will happen soon”, Abazi added. The last meeting between leaders of the two parties took place during yesterday, but that even this meeting did not produce any results. As soon as the meeting ended, Kurti and Mustafa avoided statements for the media as the media reported that the LDK has gone on another condition, which is Glauk Konjufca's dismissal from the post of chief parliamentary and that post meets Isa Mustafa party.
