Chinese authorities have called on citizens not to travel inside and outside the town of Wuhan, following the spread of the virus, which has included this part, leaving nine people dead so far.
Those living in the city of 8.9 million are told to avoid crowds and minimize public gatherings, the BBC writes.
The new virus has spread from Wwan to several Chinese provinces, as well as in the United States, Thailand, and South Korea.
So far there are 440 confirmed cases that have been affected by this virus.
“Don't go to Wuhan. And those of you who live in Wuhan, please don't leave the city”, National Health Commission Minister Lee Bin said in a statement, Pryscope follows.
