Gashi has said Borell's visit to Kosovo should be boycotted, as his agenda ignoring members of the Kosovo government is implying that he will stay in Pristina as a Spanish diplomat, rather than as chief of the EU foreign diplomacy.
Deputy Prime Minister Gashi has said Borelli's visit is being emphasised as Spain's diplomatic stance, which does not recognise the independent state of Kosovo.
“Chief diplomacy Borrell, is coming as a representative of EU diplomacy, or as a Spanish diplomat. The way he designed the agenda, bypassing members of the Government of Kosovo, but only by reducing at the level of political party leaders, and the administration allegedly is stressing Spain's diplomatic stance, which does not recognise the state of Kosovo but Serbia's sovereignty over Kosovo. In my opinion, Borrell's visit would have to be boycotted for this agenda”, Gashi told Periscope.
We remember that Borell has published the meeting agenda tomorrow, where there will be only with President Hashim Thaci at the official level, while with party leaders and several administrative-level NGOs. /Periscopi/
