Indexline sources suggest Mehmetaj has already been assigned a 30-day detention measure.
Since the ban, Mehmetaj has been confiscated from the mobile phone.
Mehmetaj's mother announced that her son lives in Switzerland, but that he had never before gone through this border point.
After five hours of waiting, Mehmetaj and my mother and a relative had crossed the border, where documents were issued to enable them to return.
But after their visit to a doctor in Serbia, the family extended the journey beyond what they had thought. He was asked about Dad's name, and 49-year-old police took him away.
Since that Kosovo day continues to be in Serbia, despite the Kosovo authorities' demanding his release as soon as possible.
Neziri, who had gone as 17 years old to live in Switzerland, had not even been during the war in Kosovo. So the family has no idea why they might have stopped it.
The only reason that can exist according to them is because Nezir's father, Mustafa, had been arrested by Serbs during the war period.
