The law voted 330 deputies, while 231 were opposed. The bill will implement an EU exit agreement reached last year with the Union.
This allows British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to turn the face of one of the deepest political crises that has hit the country in recent decades.
The bill is now being referred to in the upper room and is expected to be adopted by the time Britain leaves the EU by the deadline and minimize economic disorders.
On 31 January, Johnson is expected to separate Britain from the other 27 EU member states, making it the first country ever to leave the bloc. After that, a difficult period of trade negotiations begins that will determine Britain's new relations with Europe, its main trading partner.
