An American citizen who lives there couldn't leave but published images from the streets and squares of Wuhan where nobody moved.
Everyone's locked up in residences, and they don't contact anyone as a measure not to be affected by the widespread virus in the city.
While for a few days at the stores, there was a flow of people taking food to stay in solitary confinement.
The photos taken by it were published by the British media.
