Agreement V V-LDK not even achieved next week

Although two months have passed since holding elections in the country, Kosovo has still been without its institutions, since the two former opposition parties -- the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement -- have failed to agree on the post of president, even their meetings have been reduced after the election of Glauk Konjufca, [...]
Political analyst Ramush Tahiri in a statement to Periscopi says the agreement between the two political parties will not be reached next week either, while adding that it is buying out time with the extension of the set deadlines.
I don't expect to reach an agreement this week, within the week. The meeting with the president may happen to hold 2-3 meetings until the name of the candidate is nominated, it is not known why it is buying time that it is not knowing who it is needing this time that they are still forced to go to the polls that there is no” agreement, he said of Periscope.
He sees no obstacle among these parties to reaching the agreement for co-government and that issues such as the division of office call them ridiculous.
I don't see a page between the VV and LDK since today. I don't see any obstacles. The totally ridiculous obstacle is that someone has a minister less or more, even more ridiculous is that of the legal and constitutional segment, now to assume the post of president”, Tahiri says.
According to Tahiri, personal interest within the parties is causing the obstacle. He says the VV and LDK are blocking each other for the division of positions, which he adds the issue should be resolved legally or constitutionally.
The personal interest or supposed interest of someone within the party or for its future is causing the obstacle that I find to be worrying about the position and I think they're blocking each other. The offer is given, The LDK must be determined, receive its offer or offer an offer of itself, but it is certainly connected between constitutional and legal choice because if these sidelines remain the bad taste of this agreement, which is not in Kosovo's interest but a party interest”, he has said.
According to him, the LDK is still undecided because it does not have clear representation in future institutions. Tahiri does not rule out the possibility of going to elections.
“The LDK is not very clear about the concept of governance with the VV, because it has past dilemmas. It's also not very clear that its representation in government and state institutions holds yet another possibility, it can go with a broad government and for a year to make certain reforms, which would probably be good”, it added to Periscope/Periscope
