49 indictment for 24 hours

Also, at the order of the state prosecutor, seven (7) persons have been detained for 48 hours, as well as five (5) requests for the detention assignment of five (5) persons suspected of committing various criminal acts.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina-Pristina, against the V.K. and the F.D., for criminal work “Organising and participation in terrorist group” by Article 143 paragraph 2 of KPRK, Article 3 of Law No. 05L-002, for preventing union in armed conflicts outside the country's territory.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, over the last 24 hours, at the order of the guardian prosecutor, has detained two (2) suspected persons, and this prosecutor has filed three (3) requests for the detention action of three (3) persons suspected of various criminal acts, and has filed twelve (12) charges against sixteen (16) persons for various criminal acts.

The founding prosecutor in Prizren, over the last 24 hours, has filed a (1) request for the appointment of a (1) person's detention measure.

While, 12) charges against 15 (15) have been filed by this prosecutor for various pre-priced criminal acts in the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

Pec's foundation prosecutor, during the 24 hours date, has set up a total of eleven (11) indictment against eleven (11) people.

The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, on two separate occasions, has detained four suspected individuals, filed a (1) request for the detention measure, against a (1) person, and raised five (5) charges against seven (7) persons.

Within 24 hours, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has filed six (6) charges against six (6) persons for various criminal acts.

The founding prosecutor at Ferizaj, over the last 24 hours, has banned a (1) suspected person and has filed two (2) charges against five (5) for various criminal acts.
