After this joint meeting, President Thaci stressed that now it is time to create some concrete examples of Japanese investments in Kosovo. He has said the environment of doing business in Kosovo is the most competitive in the region.
He also said he would soon appoint an honourary consul in Osaka, which will be a bridge between Kosovo states, peoples and businesses

According to the president, Kosovo as a new state has huge investment potential, under which Kosovo can easily become a centre of Japanese businesses and investments targeting the European market.
