In Rubikon he has said the economy should not be based on full financing of the budget from consumption. According to him, foreign direct investments have been missing in recent years and that privatisations since 2001 have not been used for recovery of the economy in Kosovo.
He has said he must invest in information technology, education to connect with the economy to create additional value, in food, energy and mines.
Sejdiu has said he believes the unemployment rate in Kosovo is over 30 per cent.
