<x0.> The family of the late Diana Kastrati, represented by lawyer “Seydiu & Qerkini”, after several years in civil conflict for damages against the Republic of Kosovo, today received the news that the Constitutional Court in Prizren has forced the Republic of Kosovo to compensate for the damage of $95,000.00 that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has caused them by neglecting the case of their late daughter, subsequently violating her right in life, said in her post on Facebook.

By contrast, Diana Kastrati was killed in May 2011 and her former husband, Adnon Jashar, was married to for 10 years.
