Krasniqi: Vjosa Osmani has no power to lead Government, I don't know if he's ever signed a decision

Krasniqi says she has no power either within her party, as the decisions are made by Isa Mustafa.

Vyosa Osmani has no experience whatsoever with executives, I don't know if he ever signed a decision. He has the strength, because he is dependent on Isa Mustafa, Lutfi Haziri or Agim Veliu in LDK. It is neither autonomous nor independent in decision making nor deciding for ministers. This indicates that the team will be hers, but that of Isa Mustafaj, Krasniqi has said.
