Subheader The PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has said Kadri Veselin's initiative for the Anti-corruption Pact is among the concrete steps the Democratic Party of Kosovo is taking against negative phenomena in the country's institutions.
Krasniqi through a Facebook post has indicated that Kosovo citizens expect new changes and other standards to be made in Government.
According to him, The PDK has already started to do this, so it calls on other subjects to sign Wessel's initiative.
This is Krasniqi's full Facebook post:
The Anti-Corruption Pact is only one of the concrete and very important steps the Democratic Party of Kosovo and its chairman, Mr. Kadri Wessel, are taking up the most important cause for the country in the fight against corruption.
Fighting corruption for us is not a battle of words, but as we have witnessed and witnessed, a serious commitment and concrete actions.
Our citizens expect us to make changes and create new ethical standards in government. The PDK is already doing so, and we expect other subjects to testify the same by signing this Pact, but also by undertaking actions that this document envisions.
This new initiative of ours will offer citizens clean lists for deputies, free government with no people having legal problems with corruption and nepotism, as well as other steps that will affect improving governance in the country and creating a better future for all.
