In process “Stanta 3” charged are only private hospital officials and businesses. Several hearings have been held, but the process has turned to zero due to the court's claims that the indictment must be met and precise. Currently, after nearly seven years of the investigation, and three years since the indictment was established in this process, the finished session is considered only the first session.
Months ago it was held for the same time the initial session in this case. Defence in the 30-day term, as the law envisions, has rejected the indictment.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina has rejected the party's request to drop the indictment. The Act has been appealed to the Court of Appeals. This court has approved the defenders' request. He has turned the matter into a restoration to the first degree.
