The president of Philippine, Rodrigo Duterte, has offered large sums to those who help capture hundreds of prisoners who have escaped from prison as a cause of computer error.

The price is available to all who capture prisoners alive or dead. But maybe dead would be a better option. I'd pay you with a smile on your face”, he told reporters Tuesday.
Duterte is a former mayor and prosecutor who had promised to kill over 100,000 criminals if he became president.
Since his election he would be known for a bloody war against drug traffickers. Activists have charged that the killers were executions, but police deny those charges.
His latest comments are expected to trigger numerous reactions. There have been accusations that the president has initiated violence in his country.
