He has said that there is now a chaotic health system.
Haradinaj has said that although free health services are reportedly offered, this is not true, because, as he has said, Kosovo citizens are paying to be healed.
Haradinaj has not given deadlines due to the complexity this project has, but has said he will commit himself to it.
