He has also talked about dialogue with Serbia.
“Let's not forget something, with Serbia we are at war. Nobody knows better than we can deal with Serbia. Serbia, as long as it believes that we give it something, has no deal with us. Unless he knows he's taken nothing of us, except then he has to deal with us”, Haradinaj said.
