This indictment has been filed for criminal work “Pingim of the official person in carrying out the official task”.
On March 21st 2018, MP Aliu had taken the cards from MPs' tables to vote against the Demarcation Agreement with Montenegro.
As seen in this video, Ali takes the cards and starts leaving the Assembly Hall where the demarcation sessions were being held.
Even according to the prosecution, Aliu is being accused of getting MPs' folders when they were on break, so as to be unable to hold the session for voting this agreement.
