Our fully composed “mission will observe the process, this reflects the EU's pledge in Kosovo. All our observers respect the code of conduct that implies that we are impartial and do not intervene in elections, we are not interested in the outcome. We hope that our presence will have an impact on removing the negative aspects during the elections, we are here to make sure that the process is conducted transparently. Our mission consists of a team of nine experts and 18 observers, we expect another delegation to come and until the end I believe we will be about 100 observers. We will also monitor the media during the campaign. On election day we will observe the whole process, counting, pretrets” complaints, she said.
