Elez returns: There goes Lumez, there he is, Chief Chief Chief Chief Chief Chief Chief Chief of Government

The retired prosecutor, Elez Blakaj, has since returned with a response to Facebook after his name was coveted many days, when even pre-election campaigns are under way, broadcast Periscope. He's VVH leader Albin Kurti who created rhymes with his name a few days ago, saying "Let Lumez go and [...]
He's VVH leader Albin Kurti who created rhymes with his name a few days ago, saying that Lumez would go and come Elesi.
Blakaj has said that to come to the head of the Kosovo Prosecution, there are criteria and regulations and that no one can assign anyone to that position.
We all know there are specific criteria, rules and procedures (because it's separate power) and nobody's right and I can't assign anyone to this position because it's not part of the executives, wrote Blackaj on Facebook.
We remember Blakaj was the prosecutor who was involved in the veterans case, but who because of the interventions had resigned. Now he's in America.
Here's Elez Blakay's full reaction:
The time of campaigning that no one hears!
Fortunately, even in our beloved Kosovo, each has the right to express his opinion, regardless of what and what quality he speaks of, but at the same time through that thought he also tells us what he stands for!
In Kosovo we have a strange reality! If you listen to political parties when they speak of order and law and against corruption, let it be realized that the citizen is at fault, because the political parties for themselves are all clean, even quoting themselves as examples! All political parties have to do today for justice, is not to keep doing the same thing as they have done to this day and to show the political will to clean up (VETING) by independent international experts, so that those/those who do not pass the property will not be called to PERSEKIM!
Unfortunately for the people of the “Such ones remind the racer who swims upriver and rejoices that he was able to finish the race first, fully aware that the race must be held on the opposite side of the water!
In justice, “cannot rightly come to the right”, and this should be considered by anyone called, represents and does justice. On the other hand, Meritocracy in Kosovo is an unfortunately high standard because people “competent” in Kosovo, abroad, are considered valid and ready market investment- E STAY! !
I don't want to become part of the pre-election campaign in any way, but I feel the obligation to clarify some uncertainty about the questions and demands on the numerous journalists from the last few days, about the fact that my name was mentioned during this campaign in different contexts, from the position of the chief prosecutor, even to that level of “because I have committed a criminal act” because I have resigned as long as I have vowed to take the oath!
This last one is as tragic as it is funny... but in sports we were answering this question: When you do the other resignations under oath, welcome to me too!
In terms of the chief prosecutor's position, we all know there are separate criteria, rules and procedures (because it's divided power) and no one has a right and I can't assign anyone to this position because it's not part of the executive. So if someone else understood it differently and thinks it's possible, it's completely wrong. So don't get tired or be afraid they don't need to spend energy on any excuse, because Leken's there... So if you want this will for Veting (time or late) and the principle of Merithocracy applies, I'm sure the choice would have enough for any position!
I'm also aware that many who have expected to make a move towards politics, but I confirm that I haven't had and have no such goals, because as a representative of justice, A NO JOW CAN T E You're an invalid and I. Without professional maturity. And I confirm that every action taken, FROM WHOLOWS, who will serve justice and improve it, I will be willing to support it because it reminds me of a saying in Dr. Prof. Esat Stavileci, who said “more supported the policy, which has its roots in justice than justice, which has roots in politics”!
As for my return “knows that many who welcome and rejoice have been declared earlier on this matter!
In conclusion, besides my many friends and citizens, I want to greet investigators, prosecutors, and judges who are constantly writing and interested in me, and for that I thank you and am grateful./ P ERISCOPI/
With respect,
Elez
