The meeting took place at midnight as quakes continued to hit the country. A strong quake, five on one, has been marked just as the government's collection was developing.
It was Interior Minister Sander Lishaj, who was reporting on police measures to the consequences of the earthquake when he said that “I'm trying not to shake my voice, that the building is shaking”.
