Latifi at Debat Plus at RTV Dukagjini, where it is being debated over the idea of changing borders, said all that has been said last year and this year in the change of borders are speculation.
According to him The PDK and its leader, Kadri Wessel, has repeatedly insisted that Kosovo speak with a voice on the basis of state reason.
Latifi said that there should be no threat at all and that the Constitution defines Kosovo's borders, and that at any time it dares not get out of those principles.
Serious states don't talk with speculation, but with documents”, Latifi said.
