Rossonries are not enjoying good shape at this start season, taking only six points after five matches.
The media in Italy report that the current owners of the elite Management Corporation, are in talks with French investors to sell the team, and that change in hierarchy, could bring big moves to Milan.
An agreement on change of owners can be reached by the end of this year, and future leaders see Massimiliano Allegrin as the man to replace Marco Giampaolo.
Allegre has also led Milan in the past, winning the titles of Serie A.
