Acting Prime Minister Haradinaj, ahead of members of the Bravaria Land Parliament, has unveiled the government's concrete plans for economic development, increased direct investment, expressing readiness to develop a lasting and long-term partnership with Germany in this direction.

Acting Prime Minister Haradinaj has thanked the German delegation for Germany's continued support in the visa liberalisation process, confirmation of this process from Interior Minister Seehofer, who came from Bavaria, pledging that the free movement of our citizens will serve the spirit of this economic co-operation and strengthening of Kosovo's yet partnership.

“We are grateful for the continued support Germany has given to Kosovo, both in political and economic terms, so we seek that this bilateal co-operation will continue further in areas of mutual interest, with special focus on the economy”, the prime minister in office Haradinaj said, adding that Kosovo offers concrete potential to strengthen partnership and trade exchanges with Germany.

“We have created the Olympic Training Park in Prizren, as an option for German and Kosovo investments, and we are directly committed to this functioning and we are continuing to work in this direction. Also, in almost every sector, Kosovo has what it offers for the German market, and that is our goal, market orientation towards this partnership”, incumbent Prime Minister Haradinaj said.At this meeting, general developments in the country have been discussed, with emphasis on the country's Euro-Atlantic perspective, economic development and numerous economic opportunities Kosovo offers, for German direct investment. Furthermore, incumbent Prime Minister Haradinaj said Chancellor Merkel's contribution to the Berlin process is of vital importance for empowering Kosovo's role in the process.
