In a report compiled by the Security Council, experts stress that extremist Islamist movements continue to pose a serious threat in the world.
The authors raise concern about 30,000 warriors since 2004 have joined I's Caliphate SIS, al-Qaeda or similar groups. It is thought that about 2 thousand extremists have been able to return to Europe alone, where they are affecting the radicalisation of poor persons, prisoners, despised, or social underestimated.
The report also mentions the return of over 100 Kosovo Albanians from Syria in April, among which 32 women and 74 family children of wars. Meanwhile, it is taught that disqualify programmes of people caught fighting for jihadist groups have not been successful.
Many suffer long prison sentences and remain a risk to the criminal system and the entire society if released. According to the UN report, group I SIS is still thought to have access to finances amounting to $300 million, and is using propaganda to maintain its reputation as one of the world's major terrorist groups.
