This, since, next month, the European Association for the Security of Quality at Higher Education (ENQA) and the European Register for High Education Security (EQAR) decides for AKA membership in these institutions. The non-recognition of this position so far, according to MPs, could negatively affect the assessment of the ENQA and ECAR, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The AKA has been led by task guides since 2015. Procedures for directorship of this institution have ended in October 2018, but since then the appointment has been blocked by Minister of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT), Shyqiri Bytyqi.
MA The NS has not responded to why it has dragged on so long and whether this position is likely to be fulfilled the following days. The Public Administration Ministry (MAP) has confirmed that so far it has received no recommendation from Minister Bytyqi for the potential candidate for director of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation.
