Three unaccredited public universities expect another decision, K SC says they're not in the agenda

The three public universities -- “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica, “Hajji Zeka” in Peja and “Uksin Hoti” in Prizren ) who have not received institutional accreditation for 1 year -- are awaiting another decision by the State Council of Quality (Bortain of the Kosovo Agency for Actim). Representatives of these three institutions have confirmed [...]
Representatives of these three institutions have confirmed for the Day date that they have filed complaints with the Ankes Commission in the Agency and expect the Council to continue its accreditation. This, according to them, was the <x0entenciosis” and <x2 illegal>”.
All three of these institutions have indicated that they are willing to open competitions for accepting new students if the Agency's Board makes a positive decision.
But at the State Council of Quality, they have indicated that the next meeting will be in late October, and at that meeting the issue of these universities will not be in order at all.
In July of this year, the State Council of Quality approved reports of international experts, who found that these 3 universities do not meet the criteria for accreditation.
Some of the remarks that had been found were that universities had offered very few English documents, although the assessment by experts is made in the language. Also, remarks were given about the lack of commitment to English by staff, lack of the Ethic Code, non-publishment of universities and internal regulations, self-esteem reports, and so on.
