“Splitting the location may not happen”

Despite this, opposition officials are continuing to suspect that in the coming days a deal could be reached on forming a new government, without even going to the polls. But all political parties have already been declared in favour of early elections.

Therefore, elections may occur, but I am concerned that it will not change the power that has brought Kosovo to this door because it is the same performers who have been in power for about 20 years, except the VV. The rules and the formal environment have not changed, so I do not expect better results from these acts, rather it can get worse”, Beqaj added.

According to him, such institutions should be formed in which people suspected of organised crime and corruption are not found.

“I think that all who understand the need for political rotation, where politics and politicians will be in service of citizens rather than politicians serving with them, as yet, will create a different composition and electoral form cleared from the list of suspects from the Special Court and organised crime and corruption, starting by the president of the Republic of Kosovo”, he stressed.

All of this, according to Professor Beqaj, is about the creation of a temporary government that would do some work that would take over.

“This means a transitional government that would work in the function of these changes and implement some agreements unconventioned by dialogue with Serbia, which are approved obligations. That's why it's the state responsibilities, which will necessarily implement any responsible powers”, he has posted.

Meanwhile, despite the fact that political parties are declaring themselves for elections, Belul Beqaj has said none of the political subjects are willing to face this process.

No party is currently properly prepared for elections. The LDK has postponed internal clashes temporarily- on behalf of false unity, which will explode as soon as the candidate for prime minister is introduced. The PDK is the focus of the Special Court, there is a head since the shadow of former Thaci chairman is trying to come up with the like of the resolution proposal, the dismissal of members with the indictment, who are not drinking water”, he added.

Besides these, he has considered that even other parties are not ready to face elections at this time.
