If Kosovo does not, or any other country, cannot export fish eggs and small fish to Macedonia. Otherwise, fresh fish can enter the country and spread into brands or fish resorts, reports Alsat-M.

“S will soon receive permission to export fresh fish to the European market. This is something we've been working on for a long time, and we say that the stop is not only for Kosovo, but for all countries that haven't implemented monitoring, nor guarantee that the material they bring into our country is healthy”, said Trajan Dimkovski, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economics in Northern Macedonia.
After Kosovo conducts monitoring eggs and small fish that prepare them for export, it will be able to distribute in northern Macedonia, the minister said.

Also clear is the position of Northern Macedonia Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi, who stressed that his country can export or import only verified products containing statements.
Alsat's information says the ministers Bektas and Shala will meet in mid-month to resolve the problem more quickly.
Macedonia and Kosovo have been on the verge of trade war in recent years due to disagreements over products earmarked for import or export between the two countries, but problems so far have been resolved without serious damage to both sides.
