Reds and citizens will face each other in the big 97th final in the history of the FA CommunityShield, the Periscope broadcast.
This match is known as England's Superkupa, since the Premier League winner and the FA Cup winner are playing, but after City has won both trophies then will play Liverpool as the league's deputy champion.
The big meeting between the two clubs that donated the show last season is the first to take place from 1600 to the Wimbledon Stadium.
The trainers of both clubs have established formations that think they are best for this match, as some of their stars are still not ready because of the late union in preparation.
