Gashi: Youth Kosovo's biggest asset

Culture, Youth and Sports Minister Kujtim Gashi, in his cabinet today at a solemn ceremony, has made the distribution of contracts for non-governmental organisations operating as training providers with their projects contributing to increased employment through offering quality services for employment of 18-24 youth. The Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports has supported the programme financially with 200 thousand euros.
During this ceremony, Minister Gashi said that “these projects will help young people in the field of employment through fairs to be organised, as well, through promotion and awareness of youth for career orientation and the adequate labour market, also programmes and projects aimed at promoting youth employment, as well as short-term professional training to re-launch” said Minister Gashi.
In addition, the minister said that “minister, but also as the MKRS, we are committed to our country's youth offering as much support as possible so that they can achieve their goals through the programmes this project offers. We have a new orientation with regard to youth, just for one purpose, to come to help and support and help on the employment issue because youth is Kosovo's greatest asset
