FFK president meets with U president EFA in Istanbul

FFK President Agim Ademi, during his stay in Istanbul, where he will be guests of the Supercup of Europe between Liverpool and the Chelseas to be played tomorrow, has met with UEFA President Alexander Ceferin, as well as with his counterparts Nihat Ozdemir from Turkey, Davor Schuker from Croatia and Elvedin Begiq from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During this meeting, President Ademi has been commended for the excellent series of our nationals, as well as for the good work the WK is doing in football development, Periscopi broadcasts.

During the conversation, President Cefer commends President Ademi for the work and implementation of UEFA's new strategy programme and projects, stressing that FFK is one of the first federations to have implemented all projects.

Also, Ceferin stressed that Kosovo as U's newest member EFA enjoys special care and continued support from this association.

Meanwhile, President Ademi also touched on the subject of illegal matches by Serbian clubs, with what I ask from U. EFA to observe its statute regarding the mix of evils of other states into the territory of a U member EFA, as is now the case of Kosovo.

This meeting also discussed states that have not yet recognised Kosovo as a state, and will be guests in Kosovo for qualifying matches, as is the case with Russia in women's competition.
