It's 51-year-old Adil Arifi, from Rimanja of Pristina.
Kosovo's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Avni Arifi, who has also published a photo of the deceased, writes news.
Arifi said that the deceased was a wise, hardworking man and a devoted cop.
